Possibly Regarded as one of the Worst Fangames in history, made by Supernesfreak, this game had a whopping 1 frame of "Gameplay" if you can call it that. The "Gameplay" Composed of taking a Mario Moving in a Gradius Esq Fashion Trying to collect coins for no reason and Well, Dodging shyguys on a path movement. The game is considered very easy.
