Cops is a indie game by Supernova (under the name of Guova). It's his entry for the Minigame Competition #2 2014, and it won. To go with the theme of the competition, the game has the feel of the Gameboy games.

Gameplay
The player controls as a criminal, who is trying to get through levels without being defeated by the cops. The criminal is armed with a gun, which can fire a shot at the cost of one clip. Once the criminal has no clips, he cannot shoot until he has at least one clip (which automatically recharges). If the criminal gets shot by a cop or touches a hazard, he'll lose one point of health. If he loses all of his health, then he'll to start over back at the beginning of the level.
Cops
There is a variety of cops, all of which are armed with a gun that fires at least one shot. There is a boss in the last level.
- Cop - Stands at one spot, and changes direction after a few seconds.
- Walking Cop - Walks around the area, and can walk and fire shots at the same time.
- Machine Gun Cop - Acts like a regular cop, but fires multiple shots at once.

- Helicopter - Flies by and fires a shot at the criminal's truck.

After the competition is over, Supernova decided to expand it and release it for mobile devices. The expansion includes more levels, and a skin that allows more colors. It was scrapped, as Supernova's computer crashed and he has no backup of the game.
In 2016, Supernova has found its long lost source and continued developing Cops.
