Well, there are some members who are not banned, but are still considered "infamous" (such as Mechant and KPP). --BanjoSonic 14:19, 12 December 2007 (EST)

KPP has techincally been permabanned before... maybe Mechant too, I can't remember, but the majority of the peeps in both categories seems largely the same -Black Squirrel 15:40, 12 December 2007 (EST)

The category states that the members in here are believed to have never returned. But a little while ago, Kirbylover2048 showed up as a dupe acount named "Kirb berry". He WAS banned, but then he returned that way. What about that?--Spritepencil 19:08, 26 December 2016 (EST)

Dupe accounts aren't allowed to begin with. Not to mention that bypassing bans can extend ban time. The dupe was permanently banned. Although, the page might be changed a bit to note that some do indeed return. --Nite Shadow 22:04, 26 December 2016 (EST)
