The Bomb Flower is a powerup which appears to be a red flower. It allows is very similar to a Hammer Suit, except that the hammer projectiles explode on impact with another object.

Wee Engine
The Bomb Flower has only appeared in WEEE Engine 2, where it was an original power-up.
Similar Power-ups
Bomb Mushroom
As a powerup, the Bomb Mushroom is almost identical to the Bomb Flower. However, it allows Mario to throw bombs directly, instead of a volatile hammer. It also has a shorter range, and is not affected by Mario's momentum.
