BlueGriffin23 is a member of the MFGG Forum. He is most active in the General Chat Board. He is most noted for his Mario and Luigi styled sprites. In a post dated September 5th, 2006 he claimed to have recieved 3 personized messages from Mario by Charles Martinet. He has stated that this could not be proven to the other members however because if he were to post them online, Mr. Martinet could get into trouble. This is perhaps his greatest claim to Mario-fandom to date. He has Claimed to have since recieved many more, including ones with Luigi and Wario, and Waluigi. He has also recently expanded his spriting style to include Super Princess Peach and Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time. With the recent addition of Mario and Luigi RPG 3. However he still does his best work in Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga style. He has become very vocal about his dislike of the motion sensing controls of the Nintendo Wii, stating "I'm a gamer, if I wanted to get up and jump around while playing a tennis game, I'll just actually go out and play tennis." He has stated that video games should be an escape in his oppinion and therefore when he wants to relax and escape, he'd rather sit down and pick up a controller. But has also stated that he will give them a try when it comes to Super Mario Galaxy and Mario Kart Wii. He is currently married to YOSHIFAN24. In fact, when his nuptuals were pending, he started the "VC Gift" topic, a thread where MFGGers can gift Virtual Console games to one another for special occasions, such as birthdays and weddings. This topic has since expanded to include just exchanging gifts for no reason. He's also started a Kirby and Mario related webcomic in the Arts Board. He's stated that he wanted less of a humor comic and more serious and action oriented, like a paper comic he started the comic in a mix of Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga style with Super Mario Allstar backgrounds, which led to some stating that the two styles cannot mix. He has since upgraded to M&L RPG 3 styled Mario sprites, retroactively changing the first pages completed. For the Kirby portion, he originally used the typical "Kirby Advance" style, which includes, Kirby: Nightmare in Dreamland, Kirby and the Amazing Mirror, and Kirby Squeak Squad. He's since upgraded to the Kirby Superstar Ultra style and retroactively changed the first comics.
