Benstar is an active member who joined the main site on April 20, 2016, and the forums on May 14 of the same year. He is currently working on a Paper Mario fangame, which is known as Paper Mario Colors of Creation. The fangame acts as a spiritual successor to the Wii game, Super Paper Mario.
Benstar had entered the Sprite Competition #1 - 2016, and his entry represented a sewer. His entry won. Benstar also won the Drawing Competition #4 - 2016, with an entry that represents the Shooting Star, a kart he designed that was built for Kirby. He entered the Secret Santa event of 2016, and made digital art for HylianDev.
Benstar won Best Newcomer on MFGG Awards 2016.
