Bart Simpson is a 2007 misfit known for being a troll or dupe, spamming many topics and having a huge signature containing giant images of Bart Simpson and the Simpson Family from the TV show "The Simpsons".
Obviously the member has been banned on more than one occasion. As well as a ban usually his signature has to be removed due to it's immense size that can both take a while to load on slow modems and take up a huge amount of space on the page.
On June 17th, 2007, the Bart Simpson account was found to be a creation of the user Kenny (aka Thunderbolt) who was responsible for other duplicate accounts as well.
