Bart Simpson is a 2007 misfit known for spamming many topics and having a huge signature containing giant images of Bart Simpson and the Simpson Family from the TV show "The Simpsons".
He has tried numerous times to bypass his permaban in the form of duplicate accounts (Mentioned above) but neither have been successful without being permabanned within a day. As well as a ban usually his signature has to be removed due to it's immense size that can both take a while to load on slow modems and take up a huge amount of space on the page.
