Eccentric, caustic fellow who joined April 2004 with a huge topic consisting of riddles. Based on the same character from the Dark Tower books. He's also one of the Negatives.

Was defeated on various occasions, once with a penny. Entered epic battles with the phantom of Colonel Sanders twice.

There have been recent sightings of Blaine. MoneyMan claims that Dr. Cigarman is somehow possesed and also not Blaine the Train at the same time.
