Eccentric, caustic fellow who joined April 2004 with a huge topic consisting of riddles. Based on the same character from the Dark Tower books. He's also one of the Negatives.
Was defeated on various occasions, once with a penny. Entered epic battles with the phantom of Colonel Sanders twice.
There have been no recent sightings of Blaine. However, he is in the Administrator list.
