Unbanned Leave

Unbanned Leave was a member status similar to a permaban, but requested by a user instead of being used as a punishment; it was generally used as an extreme way to force oneself off of the forums, as a member under this category would not be able to access them. This was used by a few people, including SonicProject, Parakarry and Draco Icebane. It was controversial as many members felt simple self-control should be sufficient to perform the same purpose.

As of November 13, 2007, as a result of the Delmore ban overturn, this status was cancelled by the admins, as well as any future requests for self-permabanning.
